Great customer service

I ordered my cards and was impressed with the quality. I made a school boy error by supplying a logo with some drift which I didn't notice on the proof. ( Poor laptop screen )
They offered a reprint for 50% cost which was great, and I accepted. The new cards came with a printer mark on them, and after sending photos of the mark, they replaced them FOC within 5 days.
