I was given a delivery slot of between 10.07 and 13.07 on Thursday 28th march. When 13.30 arrived and no sign of the goods and no communication I rang Victoria Plumb and after a 10 minute wait in a queue I spoke to someone who then transferred me to Customer Service who just gave me the phone number of the courier firm!
I rang them and a very helpful assistant put me on hold whilst he contacted the delivery driver. After a while he came back to tell me that the driver would not commit himself to an arrival time but would ring me when he was closer. He didnt and arrived at 14.35pm and a really happy guy he was!
