Ordered x5 doors, came that week-wrong finish.
Wanted to return the doors and get a replcaement, couldn't do it in the same delivey, got uplift, waited on new doors, right model this time-wrong size due to "mis-labeled barcodes". Wasted over two weeks, two vacation days waiting for the doors too (and still waiting) for 5 doors, ridiculous.
The only reason I've given two stars is because their customer service is decent (and products in general), shame their logistics is abysmal.
Simple scenario: Order a SIM only, £15 a month.
SIM didn't arrive after one week. Had to follow up with T-Mobile, waited 3 days, then received 2 in the post. Popped the SIM in/logged into my account. Only minutes and texts mentioned, no data? Called them up, after 20 minutes of waiting, "no data is included". Distinctly asked the person when ordering and it was "500MB of data" I replied. "Can't help you" was the actual response "no changes can be made to the account now".
Totally mis-sold! Needless to say I've cancelled with T-Mobile and sticking with 02, totally helpful and call centres are much friendlier and actually ABLE to help you.
As for you T-Mobile, don't bother with your default reply to this complaint, I wouldn't waste my time with you again.

After purchasing a SSD 120 10 months ago it became faulty. After issuing an RMA to Ebuyer for testing, it was confirmed as such.
What next? Expecting some options, but no, merely an email saying I've been partially refunded (without even stating the amount.)
Call me crazy for chasing this up, it went like this:
1) Replace like-for-like
Ebuyer Answer: It's discontinued
My Answer: You're still advertising it on your site for sale with stock available
Ebuyer: (After checking properly) Yes but it's at a different price now from when you purchased so we do not have to replace it like-for-like.
2) Return to Manufacturer (x3 Year Warranty in the product description!)
Ebuyer Answer: Too late, we've partially refunded your account. You could refund us back, it will take time, then the manufacturer takes up to 28 days.....
My final answer is I will no longer purchase from them, they give their buyers no say in the RMA process and my belief is they will do their own RMA to the manufacturer, refurbish and once again-re-sell. Extremely poor show Ebuyer. Goodbye!
UPDATE 30-May-2013: It's been a week, despite the "just for show" response below from Ebuyer-heard nothing from them as expected.
UPDATE 05-June-2013: As expected, no response received at all, the cut copy paste job Ebuyer do to posts is simply lip service.

I placed an order at the beginning of Nov that has still not arrived and to this day despite trying to contact by phone (only an automated answering machine!) and emails I have had zero response. I have definitely been duped out of my £50 and have contacted Trading Standards / Consumer Direct to look into this shady group. I can't stress enough - DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE THEIVES!
