I received excellent support and service in resolving a problem with my order. I had ordered a cable for my spy camera and choose the wrong part. I telephoned customer services and who provided me with the right part number and organised the reordering. They sent out instructions for sending back part and followed this with an email.
When the new package arrived over Easter they had even included a box of chocolate eggs. Very much enjoyed!!!! Thank you
