DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH DPD

ON THE 23 OF MARCH I RECIEVED A TXT TO SAY DELIVERY BETWEEN 9.30 TO 10.30 , I WAS AT HOME WAITING FOR MY PARCEL WHEN AT 9.47 I GOT ANOTHER TXT SAYING SORRY NO ONE THERE TO SIGN , I WAS SO ANGRY,I HAVE BEEN WAITING ALL MORNING,I DID PHONE DPD FOR THEM TO TELL ME THAT THE DRIVER MARK,HAS BEEN TO MY ADDRESS WITH A BROWN DOOR AND LEFT A CARD,BROWN DOOR ?????????,SORRY BUT MY DOOR IS WHITE,WHAT A WAIST OF TIME,HE HAD MY PHONE NUMBER BUT OF COURSE HE NEVER PHONE,USELESS DRIVER,I DID ARRANGE ANOTHER DELIVERY FOR MY WORK PLACE THE DAY AFTER,I GIVE THEM ALL THE DETAILS AND I DID SAY CAN YOUR DRIVER PLEASE GET THE PHONE AND CALL ME IF I CAN T FIND MY WORK PLACE?,AGAIN WAIT ALL DAY AND AT 3.40 PM I GOT A TXT SAYING I M SORRY TO INFORM YOU THAT THIS PARCEL HAS NOW BEEN SENT TO AN ALTERNATIVE ADDRESS , WHAT?????????, A RANDOM ADDRESS???,THEY DID SEND ME THAT ADDRESS,COMPLETE DIFERENT AT WHERE AT WORK,AT THIS POINT I WAS SO ANGRY AND THINKING WHAT A TERRIBLE SERVICE,COMPLETE USELESS,SO I WENT TO THIS ADDRESS AND THE LADY AT THE DESK SAID WE HAVEN T RECIEVED ANY PARCEL AND WE ARE NOT ALOUD TO SIGN FOR ANYTHING , OF COURSE , I DON T WORK AT THAT ADDRESS,I WAS ON THE PHONE AGAIN ,FOR THEM TO GIVEME SOME RUBISH EXCUSE ABOUT THE BAD WEATHER, I SAID BAD WEATHER???????, PLEASE FIND ANOTHER BETTER EXCUSE,DO YOU REALLY THINK I M AN IDIOT????,REALLY????,JUST TELL ME THE TRUTH , I M FEED UP WITH ALL THE EXCUSES,THEY DID SAY THEY WILL DELIVER MY PARCEL NEXT WEEK TUESDAY , OF COUSE I DON T BELIEVE IT, THIS IS THE SECOND TIME THIS HAPPENED TO ME,LAST MONTH THEY COMPLETE LOST MY PARCEL AND AFTER OF 14 DAYS WAIT THEY SAID WE CAN T FIND IT,BUT I WAS LUCKY THAT I HAVE MY MONEY BACK FROM OASIS CLOTHES COMPANY,IT WAS A SHAME THIS TIME I DID BOUGHT AN ITEM FROM WAREHOUSE AND THEY USE THIS TERRIBLE COMPANY,I WON T BE BUYING FROM THEM AGAIN,NOT ONLINE,AND I WON T BUY FROM ANY COMPANY THAT USE THIS SERVICE,BECAUSE IT S A ABSOLUTE JOKE,THE DRIVERS NEED TRAINING IN LOGISTIC ,AND THEY NEED TRAINING HOW TO MAKE A TELEPHONE CALL TO A CUSTOMER,DON T EVEN TALK ABOUT THE STAFF AT DPD,THEY R ALL SO USELESS AND UNHELPFUL,SO PLEASE DON T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS MICKEY MOUSSE COMPANY,DPD ,I WILL MAKE SURE I TELL EVERY BODY ABOUT MY EXPERIENCE,SPREAD THE WORD.

Hi Camila,

I'm very sorry to hear about this.

Having investigated this, it seems that the initial issue was caused by the fact that we did not receive the goods from the sender until Monday 25 March. After that, it seems that we received permission to attempt delivery to an alternative address via email. Unfortunately, the whole process has then been elongated by the long Bank Holiday weekend. I'm very sorry for any inconvenience that has been caused.

I see the parcel was delivered yesterday morning - was everything okay when we visited? Please email socialmedia@dpd.co.uk if you need any assistance.
