Outstanding Service

I cannot thank Animed enough for the customer service we received, when after ordering medication for our dog. Unfortunately he passed away within a few
days of us receiving the medication and when we explained to Animed that we
had not opened this package they were most understanding and explained that
if we returned the package to them,that on receipt they would refund the cost to us.
Thank you so much.



Recently ordered a radiator which we paid for to be delivered next day.
We waited two days still no delivery, we then telepnoned only to be told
that the radiator was out of stock, even though it was showing in stock
when ordered, we now have to wait until the 1st of may when they should
be in stock again, the plumber had already carried out the work for the
fitting of the radiator to the dimensions given to us by your company.
We are now going to be without heat in our Kitchen for six week not good
