Well I'm only a week and 4 days in and so far have lost 12 and a half llbs!
I have a Bar for brekki, soup for lunch and then a shake for dinner (which I found better to have at home as I could use a blender and add crushed ice to it) I thought I would be STARVING on this diet but no, not at all, I can't believe that I haven't at any time been hungry and that is saying something for me! I have another 4 stone to try and lose for an Italian holiday at the end of July and I really do think I can do it or at least I hope so!!
Onwards and upwards!!
