Had a very good service until they shut down the shop without advising me!!

I had a very good experience and I am glad I had the treatment. Even some of the follow up appointments were positive but then when I was due for another follow up appointment and rushed to get there only to find the shops had shut down?. I was not informed of their intention to close both shops at Lakeside but what really annoyed me was the fact I received an email reminding me of my appointment the following day but the shops were already shut down. Still to this day I have not received an alternative appointment.

I am glad to hear that you are happy with your laser eye surgery experience overall, but disappointed to hear about your recent experience. We have relocated into a new clinic within the Lakeside Shopping Centre and we have tried our best to communicate this to all of our existing patients.
