The customer services team at Made were really helpful and professional - no problems there. The delivery driver I had to deal with, however, was rude, unhelpful and unprofessional. During our morning phone call he spoke to me in a very belittling manner as I made a mistake - I thought he was coming between 7 and 9am and I had an appointment later in the day so wouldn't be in to take the delivery. He actually shouted and me, huffed and puffed and made me feel like a very stupid woman!! After some persuasion and calming down, he said he would call 30 mins before arriving at my house to allow my mum to come and open the door for me - I went round to her house to give her the key and instructions to stay in all day until she received my call - but when I returned home I had a note saying 'we missed you.' I think Made.com should invest in some more professional delivery companies as this definitely spoiled my whole experience and I probably won't buy from them again due to this. I would rather pay more and deal with lovely professional John Lewis drivers or similar. I still don't have the sofa.
