Not worth your time... or money!

Ordered a chair from as it was advertised as 'express delivery within 10 days'. Then I logged back in and I wasn't receiving it until 3 months later...

I waited until this date then they kept pushing the date back by 1 week then 2 weeks so I decided I probably wasn't going to get the chair so cancelled the order. Considering this was supposed to be made and shipped within 10 weeks and it was taking more like 3 months I was annoyed. This was the only thing about them that was prompt the refund it arrived the day after I cancelled. Kind of glad I never got the chair though as by the looks of it, it would never have arrived, or fallen apart! Am making sure to tell people I know to be very very careful with this people.

We've looked into this for you and are sorry to say that there was an error on the website, with this item wrongly being listed as express delivery, when you placed your order in January.

Our CS team responded to you at the time, explaining this error and gave you the correct lead time for this item. We understand that this must have been very disappointing for you, with the lead time being longer than was originally stated.

The error on the lead time came from a change in shipping dates from the manufacturer of this item, which unfortunately gave your Sam rocking chair a later dispatch date.

We're sorry that your rocking chair was delayed, as we know you were looking forward to receiving it in the time originally given and promise we are working hard with our suppliers to save this happening again.
