Customer service at csl is a joke!

Ordered 3 seater sofa,2 seater sofa and footstool "zest" £1625 waited nearly 10 weeks,received email 1 week before advising delivery in 1 week,would receive email night before advising delivery window,email never arrived,delivery about 1300 3 seater would not fit due to ceiling height,we live in new build with normal ceiling height,delivery men did not make much of attempt to fit sofa in was not asked about ceiling height when we purchased, 2 seater fitted in ok,delivery men seemed in rush told us they have 3 minutes per seat for delivery,spoke with csl customer service [Private Data removed] who really needs some customer service training,it cost us £129 for the 3 seater to be removed,the difference in price between 2 and 3 seater can only be given as a credit note, not taken off the £129 and to rub salt into wounds we now have to wait another 10 weeks for the 2 seater sofa even though they have 2 seaters readily available in their clearance offer.customer service was not existent ,credit note will be wasted as I will never shop at csl again,I will also encourage all colleagues and friends never to shop at csl think [Private Data removed] needs a follow up visit and have a chat with good old [Private Data removed] and maybe explain what customer service means,bak to [Private Data removed] or me in future not much difference in price but a world of difference in service levels.
