My order was not fulfilled supposedly because the items ordered were damaged in transit.We wanted the items in preference to a refund but when I asked for a re-order I was advised the items were out of stock.I must question whether the items were in stock in the first instance?
We will not attempt further purchases from this company again.
I have made two purchases of homeplugs from Faculty-X in the last 6m and on each occasion I was assured of stock levels and quick delivery, and they were true to their word. Goods were received within 48hours of ordering and they were securely packed for transit.
Not much more to add except that they are competitively priced and have very modest delivery charges.
I will not hesitate to use Faculty-X again if required
