Complete Disappointment

Ebuyer: Complete Disappointment

On Monday 11th March I placed an order from Ebuyer for a Samsung TV UE40EH5000K

This has become the worst decision of my life since until today I do not have what I paid for; just a broken TV sitting pretty in my seating room.
After I placed the order, Ebuyer despatched the TV using Yodel, a courier company, the driver of this company left the item outside my flat in an unsafe place (a cupboard with no lock), after several calls, emails, stress, a questionable visit and calls from the Yodel driver, and being treated in a very unprofessional way by Ebuyer Customer Service, they agreed in sending me another TV which, to make everything worse, has a crack on the screen. In the last email we received from Ebuyer, the Manager Director Assistant says that Ebuyer “is not responsible for the conditions in which the TV was delivered to me and that I should contact the manufacturer”, I have even been accused of making up the story of the crack on the screen. As anyone would be able to realize this statement goes against the Sale of Goods Act 1979, which states that goods supplied by a trader (Ebuyer) must be of satisfactory quality, I wonder if Ebuyer does realise that they are in breach of a law?
The only thing Customer Service has been able to provide me with is ‘Sorry for the inconvenience caused’ as if that would make all this disappointment go, I do not understand if they actually realize that their apologies do not do anything to solve the problem this company has created for me.
Until today I am still fighting with this company, in hope that they realize the bad trading standards they hold.

Unfortunately I am unable to see the details behind this from the information provided on your review however I can assure you we will always try our best to solve any issue a customer may have to the best of our ability.
