Ordered on the 4/12/12 Still haven't received any dispatch confirmation and they have not responded to any of my 3 e-mails sent just asking were my order is, also called them on there automotive phone system number 1 in the queue for 30 Mins? then I was hung up on once answered. Ordered a Helly Hensen base layer which I have now purchased else where and received in good order! Nightmare how customers can be discarded once the purchase has been made. RUBBISH!! Now in the process of trying to get refund, fingers crossed...
Placed order on the 31st October for 2 x Contour waterproof cases, Still haven't received them and I have not had a response to e-mails, phoned numerous times and just placed in a queue that tells me 1 minute waiting time 'stilling 15 minutes later'. Real poor service. requested full refund no answer as yet!!

Ordered a Pair of La Sportiva via their ebay site on a 48 Hour delivery, A few days past so I contact them that when I was told they where trying to locate a pair. Poorly structure website and not very secure. as I entered some details to see if it showed in or out of stock with out any payment details or clicking a confirm button, I then received an e-mail stating (Thank you for choosing Alterego. We want to let you know that your order has been received and will be processed as soon as possible.)
