So advised that my full ordered being delivered by courier. One item came and the other item hasn't.

Ordered a washing machine and tumble dryer. The experience from start to finish went like swiss timing. I ordered online and within a short period of time was contacted by phone to confirm all details. I was talked through what would happen from then onwards. Before delivery I had to change a couple of details regarding other services ordered and these were changed without any fuss. I was told on the phone that my order would be delivered on day X. That happened. I was told on the phone that the day before I would be contacted by txt providing me with a 4 hour timeslot of when products would be delivered. That happened. I was told on the phone that on the day of delivery the delivery person would phone me to confirm a 2 hour timeslot for delivery and installation. That happened. The guys came in and carried out their jobs very quickly and efficiently and were polite and courteous. Fantastic service. I have only one gripe and that is paying £19.99 for connection of the new washing machine. In all it took the engineer all of 2 mins. Thats approx £600 an hour charge rate. Good work if you can get it!! I realise that not all installations are as easy and prepared as mine was, but still irks me.
