When you pre-pay for a hire car online, you do not expect to have extra additional costs when you arrive. The cost was an additional insurance purpose. This cost was not made clear in the booking.
It also took 25-30mins for the shuttlebus to arrive to take us to our hire car pick-up. All the while your rival hire car company Europcar had 3 shuttle buses in this time. This was frustrating as it is made us late to our conference.
