Misleading 30-day returns policy

Liked the clothes, but the sizing was a bit awry. When I wanted to return one item due to item not fitting correctly, was told I could only have a credit note, not a refund, even though they were unable to supply correctly-sized item as a replacement. Sorry, this is unacceptable and means I definitely will NOT use sojeans again (maybe the brand-name sosojeans would be more apt?)

It was a pleasure speaking with you and I am glad we got the situation clarified. As always, I am looking for a solution that pleases our customers, I just kindly ask to be notified.

As I mentioned, clients are entitled to a full refund for returns within days after delivery and exchange or credit note for returns within 30 days.

A catalogue of disasters from start to finish

Blackcircles lied on their website (suggested I could book a tyre-fitting at a garage which in fact was not accepting bookings), were economical with me over the truth of alternative appointment made (told me it was a generic "a.m. booking" AND CONFIRMED THIS VIA E-MAIL on the day the booking was made when in reality the booking had been scheduled for 9am and 9am only WITHOUT ME BEING TOLD THIS [contrary to what the reply below falsely maintains]) and the garage in question had rude, unhelpful and obnoxious staff with zero customer service skills and very bad attitude who refused to carry out the fitting because it had been booked for a time that Blackcircles had NOT informed me about. Blackcircles? Around your eyes perhaps, if you have the misfortune of dealing with them!

As we are unable to link directly to our partner garages’ diaries, the fitting dates that we offer are preferred only and as soon as we became aware that your chosen fitted was unable to accept your booking- our operations team contacted you in an effort to minimise any inconvenience.

Your booking was then changed to the alternative garage and your booking confirmation e-mail shows that the appointment had been accepted for 09.00am.

Please accept my apologies for any confusion as it is certainly not in our interests to have any of our customers less than fully satisfied.
