For me biggest problem with this store is / has been that site has incorrect availability status for many products. After the initial preorder date, the site status only shows items as available, even if they still might be in preorder (delayed release date). For example, there is a product I preordered last June, which they are still waiting to get (original availability date was suppose to be at the end of last October) and the site has showed the item available (not in preorder) since the the item was originally suppose to be released. They should update the new expected release date for preorder items, if items are delayed from the original date, so possible buyers would know the items are not available yet and are not waiting to get them in some cases for months for nothing.
