10 mins on blower ,no answer.

Got 5 quotes,very different prices,some double that of others.Decided on a new bumper at reasonable cost ,spent 10mins ringing 9 15 am ,same thing over and over.We will get to you as soon as we can .???? I expected a direct phone line,not to be redirected to a call center.Just phoned again after work (3.45 pm ) got straight thro to breakers ,done in 3 mins..Latest update.Just retreived Mon 15/4/2013 ,my bumper from the neighbours who we dont speak to,she has had it a week and never said anything to us. The man who phoned said they put a card through my door,funny thing is we do not have a letter box in the door,we have a postbox on the wall.He had no answer to that.I tried ringing but no answer. Took 1/2 a day hol today (Tuesday) rang when I got in was put on hold for a (sec) ,5 mins later I rang on the other number and got another person.I told him the bumper was broken and was of no use to me .In the end he has promised!!!!!!!! to get it collected Wednesday and will refund my money.If not I am going to the small claims court as I have taken 2 1/2 days of work waiting for delivery of a broken part,when I was promised a new part .My rating shows 1 star but I cannot take it away or I would.

The suppliers have been off for the long bank holiday weekend and lines have been extremely congested since this morning we are sorry you was not able to get thru on your first couple of tries, but i see you got through in the end,
