I would never buy goods from these people again. They took money from my credit card the day I purchased but a month later had still not delivered the items.
Had promises of next week and couple of times before they emailed to say that due to a technical error they were going to refund my money. This 'refund' however was the choice of store credit or wait for a further 30 days to receive a refund to my credit card. What kind of service is this? A blatant attempt to keep hold of your money for as long as possible - 2.5 months in my case.
I have tried to resolve this via their customer service email but after non-response to my request for an immediate refund I have raised a dispute via my credit card company.
