Sent back dress no credit yet after 3 weeks????

If this is customer service were doomed!!!!
No one to call and no answers this is how you treat customers.
My card was swiped in less then 5 minutes and I'm waiting 3 weeks for credit.
I did as you directed and sent it back, I have a conformation number. do I have to fly to the UK AND KNOCK ON YOUR DOOR...
