I ordered a Canon 650D last thursday early morning and was hoping to get it in time for my sister's birthday (tomorrow week) as the estimated delivery time was 7-14 days. However the order hasn't even been dispatched as yet more than a week later. Really frustrated right now about this, also because there are only 3 items left in stock and this number is going down rather quickly (it was 12 until a few days ago) so from what I've read I'm expecting them to tell me the item is out of stock after more than a week processing my order! Honestly, don't think I will ever use this site again and I will tell everyone I know my experience so that they know what they're getting themselves into.
The only positive thing I can say about them is that the communication is relatively good in that they let you know where the order is at. But after a week of changing order statuses and not getting dispatched, its a bit annoying anyways.
Thanks Vannessa. If I am to get delivery between the 11th and 25th I expect it to be shipped latest by the end of this week otherwise I will cancel my order.
Order status has been 'Order awaiting dispatch' for 3 days after another 3 days status 'order queued'. Absolutely DISGUSTED with this company - 1 day to take payment, 2 weeks and counting to ship items. Been told yesterday my order has been upgraded to expedited shipping and once dispatched should arrive within 2-4 days. I also have a refund pending which has been pending for 2 weeks already now....
