what flowers?

Don't bother! Ordered flowers for my mum for Easter - due to arrive Easter Saturday. Received email from eflorist late Saturday afternoon saying flowers not available (in stock on the website). Too late to respond and arrange an alternative so no flowers!
Website misleading and communication very untimely!
