We have placed 2 orders with Victoria Plumb and both have caused problems. The shower unit that we paid for over the internet was not processed, so when we thought it was due, it had not even been ordered. We given a refund for the delivery for this mistake, as my husband had taken a day off work to wait for the delivery. Our second order of a basin was made and we were told the good would be dispatched on 29/3/13. When we rang to check on the progress we were told they would not be in now until 23/04/13. We are not happy, there is very poor communication, I would not use Victoria Plumb again or recommend to anyone.
