Jokers' Masquerade

would not buy from this site again !

deliver was very quick but the packaging this item was in looked very old, used and was open (this is not the blue outer bag it is posted in) one of the dresses has 2 stains on it and i ordered size 3-4 and got 5-6 . As this item was needed for a party i did not have time to send it back so had to wash dress and repackage.
overall very dissapointed.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us with feedback through Trust Pilot. We are saddened that you could not bring this to our attention before this review which would have allowed us the opportunity to investigate this with you directly.

Please let us assure you that our costumes are not second hand. A costume may be taken out of the packaging for measuring purposes or for checking but they will not be second hand. Marks on a costume would suggest the item is faulty. Although here at Jokers' Masquerade we have our own quality control procedures in place, we are purely the retailer and as such ultimate ownership of quality control lies solely with the manufacturer. This is not an excuse, but hopefully an explanation as to why such faults are outside of Jokers' Masquerade's control. We do, however, have a number of resolutions should such a problem arise and encourage our customers to contact us, even if timescales are tight.

Regarding the size, as this product is manufactured in the USA, therefore packaging does quote (USA 4-6) however directly underneath this it states the UK equivalent (UK 3-4 years). We are sorry if this caused confusion but we can confirm the correct size was dispatched.

We can appreciate how frustrating it must be to receive a faulty item and apologise for any inconvenience this caused. If you would like to discuss this further please do not hesitate to contact us.

try asking when it eventually turn up !!

ordered item on the 22/3 item was shipped 25/3 and yet still has not arrived 3/4/13 and i have now been asked what i think of the service i have had .....

Thank you for your review.

I have viewed your order and I can see that since this review was posted, you have contacted our Customer Services Department and we have informed you that you have to allow a maximum of 7 working days for Royal Mail goods to be delivered. Bearing in mind the Easter weekend, the 7th working day is tomorrow (Wednesday 4th April 2013). If you have not received your order by then, please contact us and this will be investigated further.
