I rang and spoke for advice as wanted to order a parrot system and lead for a Mazda 2 items came quick but the wrong connection lead (the one they advised) was sent
You have to send back at your own cost and wait to be refunded
I then had to pay for another lead which after being advised was the correct one was again totally the wrong item so had to send a second lead back at my cost bear in mind no refund on the postage is offered
After speaking to them the third time they offered to send the correct lead for free well guess what it never showed
Would never use and could not reccomend
