Happy with this service shopped with 5pound.com quite a few times now. Good quality
stuff and even when ive had stuff that didnt fit or was ripped could send it back no fuss.
Only reason not giving 5 stars is i find postage a little expensive, i tend to buy quite a few items when shopping on this site and it worth it then otherwise your just paying out for items more unless in bulk. But besides that clothes are good for price.

AWFUL DO NOT BUY FROM SELECT FASHION EVER!!!!!!!

BEWARE BUYERS! I spent 45.00 pounds with them on the 2nd of May for a few items in the sale, The delivery was free because it was over 40.00 pounds. So I wait till the 6th of May and my parcel has not been sent out for delivery, I checked this on Select Fashion website. So then I sent them an email saying why haven't my items been dispatched yet? So they apologize and say they will send it out express delivery THAT DAY in the email which would be up to 1-2 working days. Its now the 9th of May, and I checked the website and my items have STILL NOT been dispatched. Its a complete joke, I've now sent them a second email saying if they don't send my items or give me a refund I'm going to Trade and Standards. This is the WORST company I've ever bought from. Not to mention they never pick up the customer service phone, and I've tried calling them like 5 times in the last 3 days. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE COMPLETE AND UTTER RIP OFF! WARN ALL YOUR FAMILY AND FRIENDS.

I WAITED DOWNSTAIRS FOR MY PARCEL AT THE TIME I GOT THE TEXT IT WAS BEING DELIVERED... THE DRIVER DID NOT KNOCK THE DOOR AT ALL INSTEAD JUST SHOVED THE 'SORRY WE MISSED YOU..' THROUGH THE DOOR!! AND BY THE TIME I GET DOWNSTAIRS TO OPEN THE FRONT DOOR HES GONE!! I WAS SO ANGRY. AND IVE JUST NOW PAYED THE 6 POUNDS TO GET IT RE-DELIVERED TOMORROW BEFORE 12 PM AS I HAVE PLANS. THIS COMPANY IS REALLY BAD WITH DELIVERY AND IF I DON'T RECEIVE MY PARCEL TOMORROW AFTER IVE PAID YOU TO RE-DELIVERY AT A TIME SUITING ME AND THE DRIVER BETTER KNOCK THE DOOR OR ILL EXPECT A FULL REFUND!!!!!!! ALSO JUST TO ADD I TRIED TO PHONE CUSTOMER SEVER ICES TO COMPLAIN ON HOLD FOR 15 MINUTES AND NO ANSWER SO I CUT THE PHONE...PLUS IT WILL COST ME AND IM ON A MOBILE. AND MY CARD NUMBER DOES NOT GET RECOGNIZED???
