RUBBISH I CANNOT GET MY DEPOSIT BACK

On 15th February 2013 I paid a £500 deposit for eye surgery, It was taken electronically on the day and I was told it would be refunded if I couldnt have surgery. A week later I was told I couldnt have eye surgery so expected my deposit to be refunded WITHIN 28 days. This did not happen. I have phoned three times and been given different dates. From the date I was told I couldnt have surgery and now from the date one department told the other (another 10 days) It doesnt take a company this long to refund money !!!!!!! They are lying to me and holding onto my money as long as possible. DONT HAND OVER ANY MONEY AS A DEPOSIT.
