Garnin Nuvi 255w Sat Nav is Refurbished

Received my sat nav promptly, on opening my parcel and on the box it states
that it is a refurbished 255w Garmin Nuvi which was NOT stipulated in the site advert (£83.65).The sat nav works perfectly fine but lemon digital should
make it known that it is Refurbished.

Again, as the bottom of the Listing AND at the top it did say in Bold letter Geunine Garmin Newly Overhauled with Full 12 Months Warranty".
