Purchased a charger from Tantronics, which expired after 7 months, conracted them and returned item for them to inspect, they then contacted me offering a full refund or replacement item, the item i chose seems great and i will review that when i recieve it.
But the help and service from David at Tantronics has been first class. Would recommend them to everyone.

Rubbish Service

Ordered two tyres, via, and booked time for saturday at my local garage(1 i have used for years). got a call on the Thursday to say they are shut becouase of the bank holiday - fair enough, black circles said they would call the garage back and check for sure that they are shut if not re- book for the following saturday and she would call me back to confirm this. wel after 2 days i decided to phone and was told that once the tyres where delivered i would get a confirmation for saturday, i had too call again today and chase again, was told i need to go through to there orders dept to be told that the tyres are out of stock and not available till 15th of april - another 2 weeks, so i asked for a refund (as of now not recieved). i called my local garage back and let them know the story, he said on his computor he has the tyres available to be with him tomorrow and fit straight away, all for another £6.00 on top of what Blackcircles have charged. So stick with your local garage, they know ho3w to treat their customers, not some internet firm who supposedly are huge but can't get tyres or be bothered to call or email you if there is a problem or delay.WILL NOT BE USING THEM AGAIN FOR SURE.
