I'll stick to the facts- you can decide on a conclusion.
I bought an ex-display Nexus 7 from ebuyer. Delivery was prompt.
The unit stopped working after 24 hours normal use.
Contacted ebuyer- they said I had to call Asus. The Asus guy told me that my purchase date didn't match their records- turns out the unit had been previously sold five months earlier (therefore not just ex-display) and returned as faulty. He reluctantly gave me a fault code (required from ebuyer before I could return the unit). The ebuyer website states that in these circumstances, ebuyer will refund postage costs for returning the item- you just put the receipt in the box. Did that. A week or so later, I got a refund on my credit card account for the cost of the item, but not the postage. This was my first and last purchase from ebuyer.
12/4/13- UPDATE: Out of fairness to ebuyer, I am posting this update. I was contacted via email by Nikki, who asked if I had a copy of the postage receipt for the returned item, which I had. I sent a scan of it as an attachment, and have just noted that the postage has been refunded.
