I was assured that I would receive an email the day before my delivery to inform me of my "3 hr time slot"
no email arrived in the morning so I tried to call customer service. I was on hold for 25 minutes and then gave up. I then sent an email..... no reply. I finally got through and was told I would not be informed of my slot until at the earliest 4pm and latest 6pm!!! how useless is that when you have to arrange time off work to be there. I was told they could leave it outside????? a whole bathroom? unbelievable!! well 4pm came and went, the5pm, so I tried to call again but couldn't get through. By 7pm I was extremely fed up. I called again and got through to be told very uncaringly they had my time slot but didn't know why I wasn't emailed. I. said that I wanted to complain so I was put back in the queue.... 10 minutes later and a few choice words I gave up.
