The digitizer I was sent had a blemish in the LCD across several row of pixels in the centre of the screen. I told the company immediately after it arrived and sent picture as proof. I was asked to send it back as matter of course. I wished not to do this as I would need to disassemble/send back/wait for the new one to arrive and I suggested the alternative of some money back. They would owe me postage cost as well.
Bearing in mind the screen is not re-sellable at full price anyway, I could have some money back and formymobile gets rid of the low quality item they sent.
The upshot is that after my suggestion, they didn't bother to reply. So bought the next piece of kit I needed from somewhere else, that’s the cost of poor service.
Sent me a card asking me to leave +tive review in return for a discount next time out, but it just pointed me in the direction of somewhere to leave negative feedback.
Update: Robert got in touch soon after this review was posted. He felt these issues were the result of a misunderstanding. He provided what I felt was a more then suitable gesture and I’m much happier with the purchase now. I changed the star rating from 2* to 3*.
