Lovefilm
Not worth the money
Decent enough site but the selection of films is not refreshed enough and the price is expensive. Also - I had to ring them to cancel - which is pants for an online site.

Appalling customer after service
We ordered a kitchen from them a few months ago and not only did some parts not arrive, but the design had faults which led to us having to pay a fitter to fix the issues - costing time and money. Not only that but the store never answered any phone calls. Appalling.

Attractive site, great products, customer service helpful
Ordered a pair of Keen boots which took 2 mins to do on the site, including checkout - arrived the next day before 10am - amazing. Really impressed and will use them again.
