Poor customer service

I received my order which was damaged, the outer parcel was not damaged. Therefore the damage must have been done whilst in the possession of my protein. I sent an email explaining the damage and provided photos. As the product was unsealed it may not have been safe to use. They have not responded to my complain and am disgusted especially as there is a potential Saftey issue. Poor customer service.
