The service provided is second to none, i ordered the home trial which arrived the next day, it is free to post them back also which is brilliant.
Once making an order for 2 pairs of glasses i received them within 4 days.

- Decent reliable and usually quick cash
- Took half a dozen loans, never had a problem, and on one loan I couldn't afford to pay, QuickQuid immediately froze the interest and we arranged a payment plan which was very decent.
- You have to use "live chat" if you want to do an early repayment, which Is OK but there should be an option to do that yourself from the website.
Crappy Service, Firstly the money did not go into my account until the following day, and I had to speak with someone on the phone before it could be processed.
Secondly, do not think that if you make a partial payment it will help. I had a loan of £110 and the full amount due 4 weeks later was £139.70.
I asked how much the loan would be to pay in full early and was told £116.80, i then decided to pay back about half (£60) to help reduce interest, however a few days later when i wanted to go ahead and pay the rest in full I was told I must pay another £79.70 (79.70+60= £139.70), and that because I had paid a partial payment I now had to pay the full amount of £139.70 even though was willing to pay the loan in full a good 2 weeks early!!!
Do not use them, I recommend Zebit personally, theyre very professional, plus the customer service number is free (unlike peachy 10p/min), You also save on interest if you pay back a partial amount.
OK i have been with TALKTALK for about 3 years and have to say the actual broadband/phone service has been excellent. Have lost the broadband connection only half a dozen times in that time and never for more than a few hours max.
My problem is with their customer services who are clueless.
However I recently had an issue with the caller id not working on the phone and after ringing their customer services probably a dozen times they still cannot resolve the issue or even pinpoint as to why the problem is occurring. Half the time the line goes dead and the other half the representative says the issue will be "escalated" and i wil receive a call back within 72 hours (that never happens!).
Been over a month since i first reported the fault and i am the one who has to keep calling because they can't be bothered to call back.
Good overall broadband and phone service talktalk but with a customer service as bad as yours customers will change providers, like i have.
