Good customer service.

TV stand received damaged.
Sent pictures to only contact listed on website, no response.

Item description and I quote from website:
'The top shelf of the Optimum Edge TV cabinet is clad in a substantially thick (8mm) piece of tempered safety glass. Securely fastened to the top' - no it isn't, it justs sits on top of the unit.

Only to happy to amend my review after contact made.
My original email with photos has now been found (no fault attributable to either party) and a very generous offer immediately made to resolve issue, which has been accepted and received with thanks.
