Spent nearly an hour on a dreadful website trying to order six items. Paid by credit card with delivery at £29.95. Received confirmtaion email with delivery at £59.95. Then spent an hour on the phone trying to cancel the order, the extra charge is because we live on the Isleof Wight, which Victoria Plumb classes as overseas. Was told I would receive a confirmation email of the cancellation immediately but that took three days and another phone call. Am hoping the refund will be quicker.
