I bought several items, but when they all arrived, the bed sheets opened possibly via transit so I couldn't use that to give as a present. The baby Esprit also arrived with a few stains/marks on it which I didn't like.
I contacted customer services who were very helpful but the baby bouncer was not longer in stock and it was the one I wanted so have decided to keep it. They have allowed me to return the bedsheets free of charge but am still waiting for the refund to come through...
All in all, they responded quickly and professionally. I hope to get my refund back soon!
