Didn't deliver

I have just e-mailed to say I had no delivery/ask why it wasn't delivered and you then send me a request to rate your service, it's either bad timing or someone is taking the mickey!!!

We can see from our systems that a member of our Customer Service team have sent a response to your email. Please could you advise us as to whether the recipient had received the flowers because if not, we would need to investigate this matter further with the florist concerned.
