similar poor experience to others who have received a faulty item..
Firstly I placed an order via the website for a fasica plate and head unit and heard nothing for a week then I rang up to find out that one of the items wasn't available so was offered and alternative head unit...fine I agreed.
The order then arrived 2 days later but due to no protective packaging the fascia plate had been crushed in the post this was then returned (at my cost) and again nothing for over a week....so after spending £2.50 on postage I now face ringing the 75p a minute returns helpline to find out whats going on...for a £6 item...which is just not worth it.
Be warned, if anythings wrong it will cost you...possibly more then your order to resolve
