Bought an item online in haste that was not needed, returned and got immediate refund, no questions asked. Since bought disks all around for an Audi Allroad, great price, great delivery and am about to get some stuff for a Saab now as I'm so happy with GSF, better than the other 2 online retailers that have caused me grief on more than 1 occasion.
placed order on 13th March and it was due on 20th March, after much chasing it was eventually dispatched on 25th March. I installed the card when it arrived but was dead on arrival, I tested everything, tried old card, worked fine, new one back in, dead, so I asked for a return number. Customer service replied 2 days later saying they would arrange a 48 hour UPS collection if I confirmed collection address, which I did straight away. As it was Easter I asked for confirmation when it would be collected, no reply.
I finally got a reply on 3rd April asking for collection address again and that the UPS email would be sent again, I replied with address again but am still yet to receive UPS confirmation. I informed them that someone is home all this week but may not be next week. Still nothing yet.
So I don't know when it will be collected and what to do about next week, I'm not taking a day off work to sit around waiting for a collection that based on previous experience, won't happen.
So nearly a month now, I'm out £205 and still have no graphics card, how is that even legal? we had a sales contract to which WAE haven't honoured their side, seems like fraud and theft to me.
So one final email tomorrow to get this collected and my refund in my account by next Friday, if not, then WAE will be in big trouble. I loathe being ripped off and non existent customer service.
You would think the staff would do what they can to improve service, cos if we all stop using WAE then these people will be unemployed, perhaps that obvious point escapes them.
