Same experience as everyone else. Ordered goods and payed £28.78. Goods never arrived. I eventually cancelled but got no reply. Sent messeges on site; nothing so I sent an e-mail threatening to contact VISA and Trading Standards, and eventually got the following e-mail
Thank you for your reply. i shall of course as requested cancel and refund your
order. Please allow between 7 and 14 days for this to show on your statement

This was sent by a Jody.palmer. I have still not got my refund. I will now contact VISA and anyone else I can think of who can help.
They are very good on price and service is excellent, (you even get a wee sweetie). The e-mails they send are always friendly. Have been a customer for a few years now and the all round service has never faultered.
