Well Viagogo talk a good story with their promises but try talking to an actual person when things go wrong and you'll be disappointed. Have tried calling them on several occasions and all you get is an automated telephone system. Once you finally go through all the options and automated levels and actually hear one that says press 9 to speak to an agent you think you have got somewhere. Oh no that's just there to get your hopes up. After pressing 9 it just loops round to the beginning again. Absolutely awful system especially as there business is with the public they should be prepared to speak to their customers. So now I have to think of a way to tell me daughter she's not going to the concert. Way to go Viagogo you sure know how to ruin an eight year old's birthday with your false promises and reassurances. Absolute shambles and only wish we had laws in this country to deal with just a poor quality of customer service.
I have emailed them again requesting they call me but not going to hold my breath on that one. Concert is tomorrow and I'm unable to even search for tickets elsewhere as they have my money and are not contactable. Goes without saying right now I would advise others to think twice about using them as you could well end up bitterly disappointed.
