My wife is 18 weeks pregnant and due to having been in hospital for over 3 weeks, we decided to book a holiday to coincide with the confirmed delivery and fitting of our bathroom from Victoria Plumb. Unfortunately on the day it was due to be delivered and having paid workmen to be at the house waiting to fit suite, we found that although we had an email confirming the order and that everything was in stock, plus the fact that the money had been debited from our account, it had'nt been delivered due to the majority of what we ordered being out of stock. After calling to query why our order had'nt been delivered we found that Victoria Plumb did not have a record of the email confirming delivery and that it would take 28 days to refund our money into our account. No bathroom suite, week away to get work done as wife not been well, money debited from account and no solution !!! Worst company and customer service we have had the displeasure to deal with, please avoid at all costs.
We have since had no acknowledgement or attempt to rectify this unacceptable level of service.
