very worried, but sorted in the end

Not got email to download my tickets, no response from customer service as yet, unless you count a request to complete a survey on customer service. Purchased two tickets for meatloaf at the o2 on 10th April 2013, purchased in December. It is my mum's lifelong dream to see meatloaf live and she will be gutted if tickets don't arrive. Was contacted several times on the same day I posted my initial review and emailing them and was sent an email with the tickets ready to print within a few hours so I am pleased that the issue was sorted quickly and can understand that there can be issues with emails ect. Sometimes so overall not bad service.

You should have received an email with a link for you to download the tickets we apologize if you didn't receive the email it may have ended up in your spam depending on the settings of your email account.
