Because you use local florists, in my experience, they do not always provide a consistent service. The bouquet I ordered on one occasion, did not resemble the website description. Cheaper flowers were substitued by the florist.
Also the card message was handwritten and unintelligible.
After a recent complaint, I was not offered any compensation. Very poor customer service department as well.
