I won't be using Interparcel again.
Citylink knocked on the wrong door and picked up the wrong parcel from a different address in our building and I was left embarrassed in front of a customer.
"It's not our fault you gave them the wrong parcel" was the advice from Interparcel. Wow. How can I give them the wrong parcel if they didn't come to our door...
