I bought a steam iron through groupon and the iron was FAULTY - I tried hard to contact ebeez - USELESS !! I've sent 4 emails and gave them my contact details also rang 3 times in different days and times and they did not contact me back also didn't answer. So....basically £30 which I threw in the bin! Now I always check (on groupon) even if its a wonderful cheap buy, if it comes from ebeez, I just won't buy! I have never had such a problem with this Internet buy as I did with ebeez - I DO NOT RECOMMEND, unless you want to test your luck...

I have received my parcel next day even though I did not pay for it as next day. I am always buying things over the Internet (well pretty much everything I need..lol) and other companies have not been as quick and professional as city link .... so basically I always receive my parcel before the day I am expecting!!! I think it's not only about the company, the driver (which I know him as he's always dropping a parcel over lol) has a big responsibility too, he's so professional and so helpful that I felt like I had to give a good word. So now its up to you on where to send/receive your parcel, personally I am very happy with their service. Well done.
