I have now purchased eight items of ProCook's kitchen range and I have been delighted with all of the items.
All have been excellent quality, and have been used often.
My only dispute would be that the one day delivery they use, fedex is their chosen currior let's them down. Items delivered by royal mail take a little longer to arrive but are delivered safely. Fedex, although a big brand company, the area I live they subcontract work out and of 2 parcels delivered by them both have arrived with the outer box badly damaged. The first package arrived full of broken pieces, however when I contacted ProCook the item was replaced immediately. The 2nd package arrived in the same state, but luckily the items inside were unbreakable.
Again I would stress that this is not ProCook's fault , the fault is with fedex, and possibly only in the area I live, as it is a problem surrounding neighbours have also had with fedex deliveries.
So from now on I shall use the standard delivery service when ordering, it may take a little longer but at least I know package will arrive safely.
Also I would like to add that the customer service team dealt with the replacement of the broken item swiftly and kept in contact via email throughout. Again I would stress that no problems at all with ProCook and will be ordering more items as there are many more ithat have caught my eye.
